The solution is based on Telemobilo's Teledom (Telemobilo Email and Document Management) and Telesed (Telemobilo Service Delivery) solutions, and enables all departments of the bank to request and receive legal services in an optimised fashion.  The project also included import of all data from the old legacy system into the new solution.

Substantial improvements are expected in productivity and employee collaboration.

The Cyprus Bankers Employers' Association orders Teledom (Telemobilo Email and Document Management solution).

Teledom will be used to archive email and paper communications, and all other documents of the Association, including their historical archive.

An automated process will be used to scan paper documents and perform optical character recognition, in order to allow text indexing of all information stored. Telemobilo's powerful indexing and search engine enables searches to be performed on all information stored in the solution, including emails and their attachments, Microsoft Office documents, PDF documents and all scanned paper documents.
