A custom made document and workflow management solution is delivered to the Internal Legal Services of the Bank of Cyprus.
The solution is based on Telemobilo's izidocs (Telemobilo's Email and Document Management) and Telesed (Telemobilo Service Delivery) solutions, and enables all departments of the bank to request and receive legal services in an optimised fashion. The project also included import of all data from the old legacy system into the new solution.
Substantial improvements are expected in productivity and employee collaboration.
